The MIDL® Is An Eye-Safe Wavelength Calibration Lamp Can be Used With All Spectrometers, Spectral Imaging and Hyperspectral Imaging Systems, And Spectral Microscope Systems
The MIDL emits Hg+, Ar+ and inorganic fluorescence emission lines to provide an eye-safe absolute rather than a relative, wavelength calibration source. Emits bright lines at 365, 405, 436, 546, 611, 695, 811 and 912 nm. Enables effective wavelength calibration from 365 to 912 nm simultaneously. Use the MIDL lamp with these spectral systems PARISS Hyperspectral Imaging System Spectral microscope systems PARISS spectrometers and imaging spectrometers Microscope mounted Multispectral imaging systems based on AOTF, LCTF and interferometers Spectrometer and spectrophotometer systems from all other manufacturers Note: Ar emission wavelengths fade rapidly above 650 nm.  Requires a fast scan or a spectrograph
